Welcome to Mateos Studio. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of services from Mateos Studio ("Mateos Studio," "we," "us," or "our").

By using our website, booking a consultation, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Mateos Studio provides digital services for small businesses and independent creators, including:

  • Website Design

  • Landing Pages

  • Website Refreshes & Maintenance

  • Social Media Strategy

  • Meta Ads Strategy

  • Meta Ads Campaign Setup

  • Digital consultations

  • Other custom digital projects

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each project will be communicated before work begins.

2. Consultations

Consultations, including the Meta Ads Strategy Session, are paid sessions designed to provide strategic guidance, recommendations, and practical next steps.

The current consultation fee is $120 for a 60-minute session, unless otherwise stated.

Consultation fees are due at the time of booking.

A consultation does not guarantee specific advertising, sales, traffic, follower growth, or other business results.

3. Project Deposits & Payments

For project-based services, a 50% deposit is required before work begins.

The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the agreed project deliverables and before final delivery or transfer of applicable files, credentials, or assets.

For example:

$350 Meta Ads Campaign Setup

  • $175 deposit to begin

  • $175 remaining balance upon completion

The initial deposit reserves the project's place in the Mateos Studio schedule and covers time and work allocated to the project.

Work will not begin until the required deposit has been received.

4. Project Scope

Each project is based on the agreed scope of work.

Requests that fall outside the original scope may require an additional fee and/or an adjusted timeline.

If additional work is requested, Mateos Studio will communicate the additional cost before proceeding.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, logos, account access, approvals, and other materials reasonably necessary to complete their project.

Delays in providing required information, access, content, or approvals may affect the project timeline.

The client is responsible for ensuring that any content, images, trademarks, or other materials they provide are legally authorized for use.

6. Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed scope of work.

Additional revisions or significant changes outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.

Changes requested after final approval may also be considered additional work.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

For consultations, clients may request to reschedule by providing reasonable notice.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

For project-based services, cancellation terms may depend on the stage of the project and the amount of work already completed.

Because project deposits reserve time in the Mateos Studio schedule and cover work performed, deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

8. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, consultations, strategy work, and customized projects, payments for completed work are generally non-refundable.

9. Meta Ads & Marketing Services

Mateos Studio can assist with Meta advertising strategy, campaign setup, audience targeting, campaign structure, and related implementation.

However, advertising results are not guaranteed.

Performance may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • Advertising budget

  • Market conditions

  • Competition

  • Audience behavior

  • Ad creative

  • Website performance

  • Meta policies and platform changes

  • Account restrictions or technical issues

The client is responsible for their advertising budget and any charges made directly by Meta or other advertising platforms.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Some Mateos Studio services may involve third-party platforms, including Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Hostinger, Canva, or other software and technology providers.

Mateos Studio is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, algorithm changes, suspensions, technical issues, or other actions taken by third-party platforms.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Mateos Studio retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, systems, processes, strategies, frameworks, and other materials.

Once full payment has been received, the client will receive the agreed final deliverables created specifically for their project.

Third-party materials, software, fonts, stock images, plugins, templates, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

12. Portfolio & Marketing Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Mateos Studio may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or other marketing materials.

If a project contains confidential or sensitive information, the client may request that specific information not be publicly displayed.

13. No Guarantee of Business Results

Mateos Studio does not guarantee specific business, financial, advertising, social media, website traffic, search engine, lead generation, or sales results.

Our services are intended to provide professional strategy, design, implementation, and guidance. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

14. Website Use

You agree to use the Mateos Studio website only for lawful purposes.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious software, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mateos Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
